    LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks highly motivated W2 Contract Attorneys to join our clients dynamic team. You will assist with complex engagements, analyzing documents, and supporting review processes.

    This is a fixed-rate contract with a non-negotiable pay rate of $75/hour and requires working onsite in Jersey City, NJ,

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review and analyze contracts & legal documents.
    • Assist with project management and document handling.
    • Prepare reports based on business needs.
    • Leverage legal expertise for document review & quality control.

    Qualifications:

    • Fluent in Korean (written & spoken please include recent Korean ALTA score.)
    • JD degree and bar admission required with 3+ years of recent commercial and business litigation experience.
    • 1+ years of recent document review experience is required, including issue coding, privilege and redaction review, and substantive relevancy.
    • Contract review and redlining experience required.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication (written & verbal in English and Korean).
    • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and litigation software (Concordance, Introspect, and Relativity preferred.)
    • Team player with a flexible work style.
