    Job Description

    The Procurement Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in overseeing daily processes related to DSSI and training field staff on DSSI processing functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Reviews capital expense (CapEx) approvals in DSSI daily.
    • Updates and reviews the capital expense (CapEx) spreadsheet daily.
    • Provides and updates tax information for vendors, as needed.
    • Ensures all vendors have updated facility contact information.
    • Obtains approval for requested credit applications from Procurement and then completes and submits the credit applications for new vendors.
    • Effectively communicates with facilities regarding POs and invoices pending approval in DSSI.
    • Ensures all contracts and amendments are loaded in EvisortAssist during yearly audit inquiries.
    • Manages the following in DSSI:
      • Assists users with technical inquiries and training.
      • Adds and maintains users.
      • Adds and maintains suppliers.
      • Assists the Senior Manager of Procurement with special projects.
    • Complies with the company's privacy practices and procedures related to resident and employee records and all state and federal privacy laws, including HIPAA.

    Requirements

    • Minimum High School Diploma.
    • 5+ years of experience in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
