- Preferred local to Maui. Position is open to remote; however, travel as needed is required.
- Plan, organize, and oversee commercial construction projects of varying scales.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues to stakeholders and clients.
- Resolve any project-related challenges or conflicts.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a CM or equivalent role
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
- Must be in proximity of project location as client requires
- Travel to project location if not local to project
- Must be a US Citizen
