    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior HR Specialist. This role will provide full-service HR business partner support to PACCAR Leasing management, Company Store locations, and several Corporate client groups.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary HR business partner for PACCAR Leasing Company Store locations in the U.S. and Canada
    • Provide general HR support to onsite PACCAR Leasing division and several corporate groups
    • Collaborate with HR leadership on projects and initiatives that support the strategic priorities of the organization and division
    • Partner with recruitment team for staffing related activities, particularly in the technician field
    • Manage PACCAR Leasing and Corporate client group's Leave of Absence Programs, including FMLA, STD, PFML, and Worker's Compensation

    Requirements

    • Four year degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of Human Resources experience
    • Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Affirmative Action Plans, Safety and Worker's Compensation
    • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and customer service orientation

    Salary

    $85,000 - $110,000 per year

    This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors.
