customer service representative (CSR) is the prime contact with customers to
receive and answer queries, process customer complaints for resolution, receive
and promptly process sales orders in SAP, changes to sales orders and sales
The CSR is responsible for effectively managing the customer relationship
together with the account representative.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the prime contact with customers to receive and answer queries.
Manage sales order from receipt of PO to delivery, including SAP order entry, administration, shipment planning and final delivery of goods to customer.
Accountable for accurate data in SAP for sales orders, customer master info, invoicing.Confirm accuracy of information on customer purchase orders, including pricing, products, Inco terms, freight terms, payment terms.
Coordinate with Operations staff and Supply Planning for material availability and facilitate on-time shipments.
Assist Credit and Collections team on issues with invoice data, past due payments.
Familiarity with third party logistics provider information to document Customer requirements.
Familiarity with International Shipping and export experience is a plus.
Provide backup support and guidance to your team members, and coverage when needed.
Three years plus customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Two plus years' experience working with SAP or another ERP system.
Ability to analyze/assess business information for decisions in support of financial goals.
Customer service experience in a manufacturing company preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, Excel, MS-Word.
