    Installers are responsible for the successful execution of our technical field services. The work sites are
    typically schools. Your role is to ensure a safe, efficient, clean, perfect installation of technical equipment
    including: audio systems, paging systems, security systems, interactive panels, and similar. You will own
    the installation process from start to finish: e.g. assembling stands onto which the displays are mounted,
    drilling anchor holes into walls for mounting brackets, installing software updates, extending HDMI and
    USB cabling, separating and disposing of refuse, being courteous, super punctual, and detail oriented.

    Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are required, and because the sites are public schools,
    you must submit and pass background checks. Much of our work is performed after students have been
    dismissed and when classes are not in session; it is not uncommon to work from 3 PM to 11 PM during,
    have very early mornings and various times throughout the day. The nature of the business requires that
    the schedule varies from week to week and often day to day. The work also requires a lot of driving
    throughout Virginia and some driving into the mid-atlantic states.

    This role requires punctuality, attention to detail, dexterity, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting
    more than 70 pounds, approximately once an hour. The dress code includes work gloves, eye protection,
    steel-toe shoes, tidy jeans or khakis, and polo-style collared shirts.

    Lead Installers must:

    1. Be highly adaptable and perform well in ambiguous situations
    2. Adhere to all company policies, processes, and standards (e.g., safety, performance, and
    professionalism)
    3. Always prioritize safety--even at the detriment of speed and efficiency
    4. Have relevant field service experience
    5. Be certified in the installation of every variety of equipment we install for our customers. We will
    train qualified applicants
    6. Complete requisite OSHA training
    7. Be able to collaborate with others to improve processes and efficiency
    8. Be able to learn and adapt quickly
    9. Be able to proactively identify problems and formulate solutions
    10. Be able to work independently and proactively
    11. Be able to climb stairs and ladders
    12. Be able to lift more than 70 pounds (e.g., as a 2 person team, carry, install, and service a 200
    pound interactive display)
    13. Be able to work flexible shifts and schedules
    14. Be punctual and professional--especially when on customer premises
    15. Interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and effective manner
    16. Manage all on site installation and service-related activities
    17. Complete necessary documentation, reports, forms, etc. as requested
    18. Gather work tools and materials as needed (e.g., lifts, rails, fasteners)
    19. Maintain clean driving and criminal records (as it relates to accessing school premises)

    20. Properly use and maintain work tools and materials (e.g. power tools, motorized lifts, carts)
    21. Test USB, HDMI, and unshielded twisted pair cabling
    22. Use a smartphone for voice and data access
    23. Wear personal protective equipment and the company uniform
    24. Perform other duties as assigned
    25. Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
    26. Be proactive about reading emails and responding to requests

    In addition to the above, improving customer satisfaction and service profitability are key
    Company provides:
    ● $60 a day per diem when away overnight
    Pay: $18hr, part time. 10 hours a week
    Requirements:

    ● 3yrs or more experience in technology integration
    ● High school diploma or GED
