- Sales Enablement Content
- Develop high-impact scientific sales materials (application notes, technical briefs, PowerPoint presentations, FAQs).
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to translate product features into benefit-driven, scientifically rigorous messaging.
- Ensure all content is technically accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand voice.
- Case Studies
- Lead development of case studies highlighting real-world applications.
- Interview internal subject matter experts to extract compelling scientific narratives.
- Balance technical depth with readability for different audience segments.
- Web Content, including Blog Posts
- Own scientific messaging across the website, ensuring clarity, consistency, and SEO optimization.
- Develop and manage educational and product-related content for relevant digital platforms, including WeChat.
- Write and edit blog posts that communicate advanced topics in an accessible, engaging format.
- Adapt content for regional audiences where applicable, maintaining scientific rigor.
- Continuously improve messaging based on performance metrics and user behavior insights.
- Maintain Content Library
- Establish and manage a centralized scientific content library.
- Ensure version control, accuracy, and accessibility of all scientific marketing assets.
- Update legacy materials as products evolve or new data becomes available.
- Campaign Development (Long-Form Content)
- Lead development of in-depth campaign assets such as brochures and technical guides.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and other internal subject matter experts to produce authoritative long-form scientific content.
- Align messaging with campaign's strategic objectives and overall market positioning.
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in life sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, biomedical sciences, or a related scientific field. Preference for a strong background in genomics, histopathology, and/or proteomics.
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing, scientific communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and concisely summarize complex scientific data and literature.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Scientific and R&D teams.
- Affinity and interest in developing visuals relevant to content is a plus. Experience with PowerPoint, BioRender or other platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO Strategy is a plus.
- Scientific rigor combined with strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong content governance skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Interest in visual design.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, standard business hours, preferably in the EST time zone, 100% remote.
