    Join our team at Adamas Building Services as a Concierge. We are experts in the Residential Services industry, catering to luxury residential communities across New Jersey. Currently, we are looking for individuals to join our Linden locations team..

    Explore the following shifts available:

    • Friday - Monday 3pm-11pm

    Compensation: $15.00 per hour

    The perfect fit for this role will possess exceptional skills in various areas such as:

    • Outstanding customer service abilities
    • Welcoming and assisting residents and guests efficiently
    • Guiding visitors to their intended locations
    • Managing guest check-ins and announcements
    • Handling package deliveries
    • Resolving concerns from residents and guests
    • Completing basic clerical tasks: answering calls, faxing, copying, etc.
    • Performing towel folding and laundry tasks
    • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the assigned work area

    Expectations

    • Capability to establish positive connections with strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Effective task prioritization in a dynamic setting
    • Ability to multitask efficiently without compromising quality
    • Physical ability to handle boxes up to 25 pounds
    • Capacity to work and stand for extended periods
    • Proficiency in operating office equipment like phones, printers, and copy machines
    • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with work hours
    • Successful completion of background checks
    • Alignment with the company's vision, mission, and core values
