Job Description:

• Join our team as an Epic Tapestry Analyst and be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and maintaining the Epic Tapestry module.
• Ensure the effective utilization and optimization of the Epic Tapestry system to support managed care operations and population health management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Epic Tapestry certification.
• Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic Tapestry or similar managed care systems.
• Solid understanding of managed care processes such as authorizations, referrals, care coordination, and provider network management.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending system enhancements for population health management and value-based care initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment either independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools in the Epic Tapestry module.
