    To join our teams as a Market Approach Manager, New Leads. This title can also be of a Senior Practice Consultant (SPC). In this role, you will own portfolio management and solution design scope on behalf of the energy engineering practice. During solution design, the SPC leads activities and acquires inputs from cross-functional teams across the organization in order to develop, design, and ultimately execute the design of solutions during opportunity pursuits. The SPC is also responsible for acting as a portfolio lead and SME for residential market rate energy efficiency offerings, working in their capacity to maintain existing solutions in CLEAResult's energy engineering practice as well as develop new solutions and capabilities when necessary to grow our business.

    For this opportunity, you will...

    • Lead cross-functional teams to identify appropriate measures and approaches, develop budgets and pricing, and document impacts in support of solution design.

    • Provide regular client presentations, as well as presentations to internal leadership teams, will also be expected, and prior experience in a client-facing role is necessary.

    Responsibilities also include:

    Project Management
    • Responsible for project management of team initiatives and designated Practice scope
    • The SPC will project manage the design of solutions during the sales and proposal process.
    General SME Skills and Thought Leadership
    • Serves as organization's SME for certain Markets, Solutions, and/or Capabilities.
    • Works with company stakeholders to demonstrate thought leadership in designated area of expertise through solution innovations, pilot development, and capability enhancements.
    • Analyze and translate consumer and market insight into client-facing content, such as blogs, conference abstracts, or innovation event presentations.
    Solution design in support of Opportunity Pursuits
    • Work collaboratively with Delivery, BD, and Proposal Development Team to support the sales process to execute and secure new business with existing and prospective clients.
    • SPC will define solution specifications tailored to a specific client, geography, and/or location. SPC will lead this effort through market research, localized insights gained from the market, and by working with other teammates.
    • SPC will manage technical solution inputs and insights from other teammates and Regional Delivery Leads, as well as shared services teams, as needed during solution design.
    • Responsible and accountable for solution pricing and key delivery terms. Ensure that solutions are matched with the specific customer needs and that the corresponding value proposition is incorporated into any RFP responses or SOW's.

    • A BA in business management, marketing, economics, engineering, or a similar field

    • 5-10 year of experience

    • Demonstrated an ability to take responsibility and operate with limited direction to deliver thorough analyses in time-pressured situations.

    • Worked effectively with members of many internal teams, including business development/Sales, operations/delivery, engineering, marketing, and information technology.
