**Job Duties**

Perform plumbing design in MEP related projects working alongside and coordinating with all disciplines and Clients.

Proficiency in understanding building codes and standards.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, time management required.

5-15+ years of MEP industry plumbing design experience required.

5+ years of REVIT

Proficient at AutoCAD design software experience.

Design background and understanding of systems and applications in buildings and facilities, including coordination with other disciplines mechanical, electrical, civil, structural and architectural.

**Job Qualifications**

Bachelors Degree in an engineering related field a plus

Proficiency or experience in the following codes and standards: UPC, IPC, NFPA, & IBC

Preferred design experience including fire protection, fuel oil, med gas, institutional, residential, and high rise preferred.

EIT or PE a plus.

LEED accreditation a plus.

CPD certification a plus.
