- Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from an accredited school of social work.
- One (1) to two (2) years clinical experience in medical setting with mental health background preferred.
- Current Massachusetts license as LSW, LCSW or LICSW.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with diverse population.
- Work independently, be self-directed and contribute as a member of a team.
- Anticipates challenges and develops and implements strategies for addressing them.
