    Plant Controller

    Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a PlantController . Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of accounting experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills. This company offers a strong team and leadership, opportunities for growth, and flexibility. This position is on-site.

    The salary range for this position is $120k-130k + bonus.

    The PlantController will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Act as key financial personnel responsible for overseeing financial operations and providing financial insight for plant.
    • Develop and implement internal controls and monitor success to minimize risk.
    • Partner with business leaders to drive results and strategy.
    • Manage business accounting, budgeting, management reporting, and analysis.
    • Manage general accounting functions and develop team responsible for preparation of reports and statistics reflecting earnings, profits, cash balance, and other.
    • Drive consistency in processes, tolls, formats and templates to mitigate risk.
    • Implement financial plans and policies for business unit.
    • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
    • Month end closing and reporting.
    • Cost control and analysis and inventory management.
    • Collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels.
    • Ad hoc reporting and projects as needed.

    The PlantController will possess the following:

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • Bachelors degree in accounting or closely related field
    • 2+ years of accounting experience.
    • Costing experience.
    • ERP system experience.
    • Highly detailed and organized.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
