- Act as key financial personnel responsible for overseeing financial operations and providing financial insight for plant.
- Develop and implement internal controls and monitor success to minimize risk.
- Partner with business leaders to drive results and strategy.
- Manage business accounting, budgeting, management reporting, and analysis.
- Manage general accounting functions and develop team responsible for preparation of reports and statistics reflecting earnings, profits, cash balance, and other.
- Drive consistency in processes, tolls, formats and templates to mitigate risk.
- Implement financial plans and policies for business unit.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
- Month end closing and reporting.
- Cost control and analysis and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels.
- Ad hoc reporting and projects as needed.
- Bachelors degree in accounting or closely related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Costing experience.
- ERP system experience.
- Highly detailed and organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a PlantController . Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of accounting experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The salary range for this position is $120k-130k + bonus.
