What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communication
• Provide expert guidance on automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems
• Complete initial training in Saginaw, Michigan, to prepare for remote support
• Access continuous support and resources to enhance technical knowledge and repair strategies
• Maintain punctuality and reliability in scheduling due to time-sensitive queues

What is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
• Two ASE certifications (or the ability to obtain them within six months of hire)
• Valid driver's license
• One or more years of customer service experience in a relevant role

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with electric vehicles (EV)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong typing skills
