JOB PROFILE:
We seek an experienced Tax Professional with 3-5 years of tax experience to join our dynamic team.

Our practice is diverse, and our clients include complex S corporations, partnerships, C corporations, trusts, estates, and high-net-worth individuals and family groups.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex income tax returns for S-Corp.

, partnership, C-Corp., individual, and fiduciary clients by collecting, analyzing and formatting financial information.

• Assist with review of federal, state, local and special tax returns.
• Conduct tax research including documentation and codification of facts and conclusions.
• Mentor and train junior level staff on tax projects and concepts.
• Work with engagement team to consult and service client to make recommendations and serve as a business advisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance-CPA and/or JD, or working toward license, preferred
• MT/MST and/or LLM in Tax a plus 3 5 years of public accounting experience with a focus in tax
• Experience with pass through entities and high net worth individuals and family groups
• Ability to think strategically and analytically, and manage multiple clients and projects
• Outstanding attention to detail; Strong written and oral communication skills
