- Job Title: Litigation Paralegal, Personal Injury
- Seeking highly skilled and qualified personal injury litigation paralegal.
- The litigation paralegal will support the managing attorney and will perform a variety of responsibilities during the pre-lit and litigation process.
- Draft litigation documents such affidavits, subpoena, interrogatories, complaints, discovery, memos, etc.
- Develop and enter various case material into a document management database and prepare charts, graphs, and tables to illustrate results.
- Perform advanced legal research using tools such as Lexis Nexis and Westlaw.
- Prepare large photos, exhibits, audio and video production to be used in courtroom.
- Communication with clients, court clerks, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, attorney, etc.
