- Lead and supervise sanitation associates in performing sanitation duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Pre-rinse, wash, and sanitize equipment according to company standards.
- Inspect equipment and ensure proper reinstallation after cleaning.
- Set up equipment for production runs.
- Collaborate with sanitation leadership and production to address cleaning deficiencies.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
- Follow AIB guidelines, HACCP, and GMP.
- Train new team members and ensure task completion.
- Perform various sanitation tasks as needed.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of three years of sanitation experience.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
