    Job Summary:
    Oversees the planning, organization and implementation of standard digital projects. Work directly relates to the deployment of PSE Unite for technical API deployment and dealer business process implementation.


    What You Will Do:

    • Plan dealer engagements to achieve program deliverables
    • Plan and execute dealer technical integration to Caterpillar's PSE Unite API
    • Plan and execute dealer implementation of Lead & Opportunity management processes that integration to Caterpillar via the PSE Unite API
    • Managing the day-to-day activities of projects, including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules. Developing contingency plans for potential risks.
    • Directing and motivating project team.
    • Evaluating and managing deliverables to ensure that service expectations are achievable, developed, and met.
    • Monitoring project results for significant deviations. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes.

    What You Will Have:

    • Experienced with the tools, techniques and processes around API deployment, data mapping, data modeling, data governance standards, data integrity and data quality.
    • Knowledge of data standards and policies; ability to utilize knowledge to manage organizational data policies, standards, and procedures.
    • Proven ability to work independently managing projects, collaborating with leaders & stakeholders while providing solutions.

    Consideration for Top Candidates:

    • Knowledge of lead and opportunity management processes
    • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and API integration
    • Experience managing product backlogs using tools like Azure DevOps
    • Experience with Agile process management is desired.
    • Knowledge with Caterpillar functional areas, policies, and procedures desired

    Additional Details:


    This position has the option to be based out of either our Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; Dallas, TX or Denver, CO offices with a flexible hybrid work environment.

    Summary Pay Range:
    $104, $162,480.00

    Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.

    Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
