Job summary
The Program Test Manager is a dedicated resource tasked with the overall responsibility of the successful execution of testing within the program to achieve a high degree of quality to reduce risks & issues and increase customer satisfaction.- Negotiating the ongoing purpose and deliverables of the test effort including development and maintenance of the Program and individual Solution test strategies
- Ensuring appropriate planning management testing resources including plans / requirement traceability matrix RTM tests cases environments data personnel etc.
- Coordinating managing testing execution defect resolution integrated systems teams required solutions delivered program end-to-end business process testing all involved systems Assesses progress effectiveness testing efforts reporting relevant parties acting escalation instance case root cause analysis multiple systems unclear involvement architects root cause design issue can not solved testers developers Advocating appropriate level quality establishing controlling entry exit criteria Advocating level testability focus software development process
