    Description

    TSS is seeking onsite financial support for for the . House of Representatives CAO Office of Acquisitions Management in the O'Neill House Office Building to provide a range of administrative services for the House.

  • Facilitate process improvements, budget formulation, submission, execution, analysis, and tracking of organizational procurement plans.
  • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Provide data-driven metrics for budget projections.
  • Perform financial forecasting, cost analysis, and account reconciliation.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in automated financial systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Follow guidelines for protecting confidential information.
  • Perform a variety of tasks as assigned.
  • The ability to effectively communicate in English through strong oral and written skills.
  • Detail oriented and well organized with the ability to multi-task, in a high paced environment.
  • Must be able to follow directions, and function effectively as part of a team or independently.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the legislative environment, . House of Representatives (USHOR) is beneficial.
  • Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the financial field such as accounting, finance, or budgeting
  • Education requirement: Bachelor's degree and minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial field such as accounting, finance, or budgeting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work with high-profile customers (Members of Congress and staff).
