    Your Role:

    As the Store Manager, Rawlings Experience, you will be responsible for leading and driving an engaging customer driven culture in the first ever Rawlings flagship store and experience. You will be in-charge of all store operations to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently, while mentoring, developing and your own team of diamond sports specialists.

    This store and retail experience will represent Rawlings' 136+ year history in St. Louis and will be the foremost representation of the brands' heritage. Create an environment where creativity and imagination define the future of play, celebrate the history of the brand, and deliver outstanding results in customer experience and sales performance.

    Your Purpose:

  • Manage and coach the team to provide a world-class customer experience within store.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to build a high-performing team environment.
  • Implement plans to achieve high results in sales and customer service expectations set by the VP of Omnichannel.
  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative team environment that promotes a safe & fun atmosphere.
  • Responsible for in-store recruitment, training, and team development for future career possibilities.
  • Create store rosters according to daily traffic, peak periods and optimize team resources
  • Work closely with the team to execute in-store activations.
  • Responsible for inventory management including stock takes & cycle counts.
  • Responsible for implementing in-store visual merchandising standards.
  • Drive awareness and engagement of the Rawlings Experience in the St. Louis area through local outreach and activation.
  • Work with the Rawlings and Easton brand and product teams to ensure elevated in-store brand presence and help to drive key launches and initiatives.
  • Educate new store employees on key brand and product knowledge and history.
  • Drive ideation around new product and experiential ideas for the store.
  • To be successful for this role:

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to build a high-performing & results driven team in sales and customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Epitomize professionalism but recognize the importance of a fun, encouraging and welcoming team environment and have a genuine passion for baseball /softball and our brands.
  • Be self-motivated, driven, results orientated and can demonstrate success in achieving KPI's within a retail atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate an ability to develop, inspire and coach a small team of retail professionals and can connect the team to the essence of the Rawlings brands.
  • Valued, but not required:Experience in sports retail or sporting goods industryLeadership in an experiential retail environment
