- Enter payroll data into the payroll system.
- Review, edit, and calculate hours of work, timecards, and timesheets.
- Contact various department supervisors for any missed times, corrections, etc.
- Review and enter earnings into the payroll system.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma /GED. Associate degree is a plus.
- 2 to 3 years of Payroll or Accounting experience.
- ADP Payroll software experience is a PLUS.
- Excel software experience is a must/highly preferred.
- Health Insurance.
- Weekly Pay.
- $20 to$22.
- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST, with overtime during payroll weeks.
