    Overview



    The Clinic Quality Coordinator is responsible for attaining specific objectives defined by the Quality Performance and Clinical Informatics Department.

    This position will be held accountable for the HEDIS and or Quality Measure chart reviews, physician notification of individual member gap results (EMR alerts or other means) and the pulling of accurate supplemental data for assigned member lives.



    Responsibilities



    Monthly analysis of physician intervention reports and other quality reports to prioritize chart review goals or meet team initiatives.

    Utilization of various Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Systems in a ""read only"" access and the ability to identify accurate supplemental data.


    Ability to identify trends within offices and or groups and effective communication of this information to Manager, Physician Educators and/or THN Quality Performance and Clinical Informatics Department

    Generate weekly reports as requested.

    Participation in positive client, inter-office relationship management and proactive cultivation of ongoing internal and external relationships.

    Promotes a positive working and team environment that is subject to stress due to evolving and quickly expanding business needs, tight deadlines and heavy workloads.



    Qualifications




    EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
    College Degree Preferred

    EXPERIENCE: One year of healthcare experience required.


    LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING: REQUIRED


    PREFERRED
    Certified Medical Assistant certificate preferred.
