    Req Number ADM Open Date 4/2/2024 Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Number of Openings 1 Number Filled 0 Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Description $700 SIGN ON BONUSGENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONDevelops and maintains all DDTCS client files for accuracy of information and current information.

    Assists instructors and counselors with assigned paperwork.
    MONDAY-FRIDAY, 7:00AM-3:00PMESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Develops and maintains all DDTCS client files, including filing all necessary paperwork and obtaining required signatures. 2. Completes the initial development, assessment, and updating of each trainee's Individual Program Plan. 3. Initiates monthly data collection goal, data sheets, and distributes to instructors. 4. Reviews monthly data collection sheets completed by instructors. 5. Tracks all monthly and quarterly reports. 6. Gathers necessary information for completion of annual IPP. 7. Copies and distributes annual IPP information for other departments within Pathfinder. 8. Completes forms required by Developmental Disabilities Services and Medicaid, included but not limited to application for services and quarterlies. 9. Checks progress notes and daily task area notes for accuracy. 10. Assists with training of instructors for completion of all required DDTCS client paperwork. 11. Schedules and conducts all annual IPP conferences with staff, client, family, and all other departments working with the individual. 12. Assists in all workshop activities throughout the year. 13. Fills in for receptionist during lunches and as needed. 14. General supervision and discipline of trainees as necessary. Instructs and supervises trainees in the maintenance and importance of plant rules and regulations. 15. Assists in driving the van to pick up or deliver trainees as necessary. 16. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

    Position Requirements High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g.

    data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 0 to 6 months related experience or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
