- Edit, format, and maintain program documentation and produce a program document guide;
- Provide master planning, studies, and project development support;
- Work with teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of scientific and technical information, documentation content, and requirements.
- Work with internal teams to obtain documentation requirements.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Requires BS degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Business
- 4 plus years (4+) professional experience
- PowerPoint, Visio, developing Operational View (OV) diagrams and other types of programmatic graphics, or other similar skills.
- Must be able to multi-task, manage priorities and work independently with little direction
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
