- Communicate with clients, partners and other members of the practice group, and additional stakeholders regarding case developments.
- Draft pleadings, discovery demands, and other legal writing, including dispositive motions and written reports to clients, etc.
- Conduct and defend depositions, including witness preparation.
- Provide support and mentorship to junior associates in the office.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
- Experience in the trucking and/or transportation industry is preferred.
- Ability provide meaningful mentorship to junior associates.
- Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starter.
- Must be licensed to practice in Georgia.
- Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degreefrom an accredited law school.
