    We are seeking a full-time floating property manager to support our existing teams and provide additional support and coverage to our Orange County Portfolio.

    Working schedule:
    Tuesday - Saturday


    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
    Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at assigned properties.
    Assist with resident relations, including lease administration, rent collection, and resolving resident concerns.
    Maintain accurate records of leasing activities using Yardi and RentCafe software.
    Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
    Contribute towards marketing and leasing plans to maximize traffic and rental closing performance.

    Maintain constant knowledge of market conditions that could adversely affect community performance and remain competitive in pricing and incentives in the surrounding communities.

    Assisting the on-site teams with meeting the established operational, financial, and business performance goals, including budgets, expenses, and occupancy reports.

    Coordinating work activities and services from vendors, consultants, and other contractors.
    Ensures that the appearance and physical aspects of the properties meet the Company's established standards.

    Demonstrating significant initiative, discretion, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity, independent judgment, and exercise confidence and confidentiality in all areas of performance.

    Provide excellent customer service. Communicating with residents including maintenance requests, community activities, community procedures, and move-out security deposit allocations.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
    Previous apartment leasing experience is required.
    Minimum of three (3) years experience in multifamily property management.
    Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
    Operational skills including budget sales and marketing.
    Strong analytical and financial acumen. Excellent attention to detail.
    Proficiency with Yardi and RentCafe software is preferred.
    Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    Proficient with MS Office and Outlook with competent general computer skills
    Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
