A fast-growing manufacturing company in Grayslake, IL is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team. This is a

Requirements of the Quality Manager
6+ years of supervisory experience
Lean Manufacturing experience including Six sigma training
Knowledge of ISO 9000 family of quality management system standards
Ability to read blueprints
Proficient in Microsoft suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Responsibilities of the Quality Manager
Identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are met at all times
Execute tests to check final product adherence to the company standards
Record findings and relay this information to the production and management team
Assist Plant Manager and Production Cell Supervisor in the training of team members regarding first piece inspection and quality standards of all products
Mentor the Quality Inspectors, on equipment operations, manufacturing processes, quality standards and safety rules
Other duties as assigned
Full-Time,


DIRECT HIRE
Pay is $95,000 - $100,000 a year, based on experience
