Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented customer service representative to join our team.

We provide prompt professional customer service via phone email and in person assist clients with policy questions coverage explanations general insurance education process policy changes endorsements renewals cancellations reinstatements handle billing inquiries payments carrier communications maintain accurate up-to-date client records follow all state insurance regulations agency procedures identify opportunities cross-sell refer clients licensed sales staff appropriate
  • Active property casualty insurance license preferred or willingness obtain
  • Previous insurance customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication interpersonal skills excellent attention detail organizational abilities ability multitask manage time effectively fast-paced environment proficiency computers agency management systems Microsoft Office
