Summary: Join our team dedicated to expanding our videogame experience beyond the game, creating exciting touchpoints that engage and delight millions of enthusiasts worldwide. As the International Consumer Products Licensing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and negotiating deals to drive the growth of our game's consumer products business on a global scale.

Job Responsibilities:

Contribute to the rapid expansion of our international business by evaluating partnerships and executing contracts across all product categories.
Develop strategies to maximize licensee revenue and secure new business deals that align with our brand vision.
Monitor licensee forecasting to plan and achieve revenue objectives, ensuring ongoing success and growth of our licensing program.
Collaborate with key internal teams including Product Development, Legal, Finance, Franchise, and Marketing to secure approvals and alignment for licensing initiatives.
Manage day-to-day relationships with licensees, providing support and guidance to ensure successful partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in Consumer Products licensing, with a strong understanding of licensing agreements, deal negotiation, and contract administration.
Proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports to support business decisions and project management.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis, brand management, product development, marketing, and the competitive retail landscape.
Proven track record of successful outbound licensing experience within an entertainment studio, global consumer products company, or licensing agency.
Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in contract management, with a focus on driving revenue growth through licensing initiatives.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, leveraging market insights and data to inform decision-making and achieve business objectives.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in licensing within the Consumer Products industry (non-tech).
