    **Join Our Dynamic Team as a Physical Therapist in Inpatient Rehab**

    **Job Description:**

    - **Position Title:** Physical Therapist, Inpatient Rehab
    - **Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00)
    - **Years of Experience:** 1 year(s) in acute care hospital experience required
    - **Charting System:** Epic
    - **Trauma Level II Experience:** Preferred
    - **Certifications:** BLS (Certification marked with * is preferred)

    **Patient Population & Skills:**

    - Cardiopulmonary*
    - Neurology*
    - Oncology*
    - Orthopedics*
    - Geriatrics

    - **Work Setting Experience:**
    - Rehabilitation Hospital*
    - Acute Care
    - Cardiopulmonary/Circulatory

    - **Required Skills:**
    - Breathing Techniques*
    - Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)*
    - Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)*

    **Equipment Knowledge:**
    - Lower extremity prosthetics*
    - Upper extremity prosthetics*
    - Wheelchair Assessment*
    - Standard Walker
    - Hoyer lift
    - Specialty beds (air mattresses)

    **Orthopedic & Neurologic Skills:**
    - Ankle Sprains*
    - Efficacy in Gait Training*
    - Post Stroke Rehabilitation*
    - Spinal Conditions*
    - Cognitive disorders*

    **Assessment & Documentation:**
    - AROM/AAROM/PROM
    - Pain assessment
    - Long Term Goals
    - Time Management

    **Additional Information:**
    - **Weekend Requirement:** Every Saturday (Schedule would be Tuesday through Saturday)
    - **Interdisciplinary Support:** Collaborate with Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more
    - **Patient Age Groups:** Adults, Geriatrics
    - **Daily Census:** 185
    - **Floating:** Yes, between like units
