Schedule:
Hybrid, in office Monday – Thursday, remote on Friday

This role is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific segments of our client's CE (Consumer Electronics) business.

It will require strong relationship building with our client's retail channel partners as well as sales, marketing, operations & logistics.

This role will actively coordinate S&OP planning and identify risk & opportunity predicated upon the current forecasts while requiring individual work to provide analysis that is concise and actionable.

A major responsibility will be managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with our retail channel partners.

Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals, channel inventory targets (WOS) and forecast accuracy.

Finally, there will be a consistent requirement to identify macro trends and produce a weekly risk analysis all while measuring daily & weekly sales achievement.

Roles & Responsibility:
Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Best Buy.
Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units.
Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP.
Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas.
Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations.
Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance.
Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally.
Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment.
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Required Background and Skillset :
MUST be a critical thinker.
MUST have experience performing forecasting.
MUST have intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.

Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree/Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, SCM or similar.
0-3 years of experience
Experience w/SAP preferred.
MUST be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
MUST have SCM experience relevant to consumer electronics, in a corporate setting.

This position is NOT Logistics focused – it is a strictly Supply Chain role dealing with operational and planning, not so much cost analysis and execution, MUST have supply chain background.

MUST have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze large data sets related to inventory, inbound/outbound tracking, forecasts, demand analysis.
Ability to accurately document and record customer information via weekly consensus calls/meetings.
