    Job Description Summary

    The Contract Compliance Manager will work as a business partner with the Sr. Contract Compliance Director and is responsible for all city compliance related duties. The Contract Compliance Manager will interact with multiple departments including government relations, accounting, operations, sales, IT, and customer service and be responsible for financial analysis, disposal reporting, and contract municipal reports. This position will report to the Sr. Contract Compliance Director.

    Oversight of all city compliance duties, including Monthly, quarterly, & annual reports

    City audits

    Salesforce

    • Assemble information for responding to requests from auditors.
    • Data reporting validation, preparation and presentation to city officials
    • Collaborate with other departments when needed to complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks needed depending on the franchise city
    • Respond to requests from cities for ad hoc reports by retrieving and summarizing financial and operational data.
    • Supervise and oversee the administrative staff on day to day responsibilities and deadlines.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Management experience
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance.
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
    • Operationally oriented with the ability to correlate operating performance and financial trends.
    • Advanced to Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups and advanced formula utilization).
    • The ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of data, summarizing into concise financial models.
    • Reporting software experience with Microsoft Excel/ Crystal Reports/ Salesforce.
    • Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of employees, managers, and outside parties in a team orientated setting
    • Outstanding organizational, and oral/written communication skills
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to meet project deadline
    • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
    • Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Masters Degree
    • Waste industry experience

    Physical/Environmental Demands:

    • Exposure to dust, smoke, fumes, odors, & noise occasionally.
    • Exposure to grease, oil, chemicals, & wet conditions occasionally.

    Primarily works in office setting, but will be required to travel to other local divisions as needed.

    Pay: $87, $133,000.00 per year
