    The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing our warranty claims.

    Responsibilities:
    • Reviewing and completing all warranty claims-including but not limited to preparing, recording, reconciling, and submitting all warranty claims to the proper supplier
    • Discuss the warranty claim and expectations with customers
    • Prepare and process warranty documentation according to company guidelines Ensure all warranty claims are submitted appropriately, efficiently, and quickly Follow up on payment of outstanding claims on a weekly basis
    • Follow up with suppliers to ensure claims are being processed properly and in a timely manner Adjust and resubmit any denied claims to secure payment for warranty work
    • Keep accurate inventory of ordered warranty parts and organize vendor paperwork Verify criteria required by the supplier
    • Stay current on warranty policies and procedures
    • Make sure all customer concerns and issues are responded to quickly and appropriately Liaison between company and supplier with respect to all warranty concerns
    • Make certain customers are knowledgeable about the warranty policies Capacity to manage the entire warranty process in its entirety
    • Assist with any clerical needs as directed by management
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    Requirements:
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent/ Associate degree preferred
    • Minimum of 3-5 years as an Administrator or Customer Service Representative in a professional business environment
    • Very strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Great organizational skills to ensure that the proper documentation is attached to each claim
    • Exceptional attention to detail for the purpose of maintaining all warranty records specific to each claim and for tracking purposes and always following up with the supplier
    • Extraordinary time management skills - ability to work effectively with little supervision. Must be motivated and a self-starter
    • Proficiency with basic computer programs - MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multi-task
