Join Cleveland Clinic's G80 General Internal Medicine Unit as a Registered Nurse and experience being a part of a nationally recognized hospital while building an exceptional career. Become a part of a supportive environment where everyone excels and is valued for what they bring to the team.
On our G80 General Internal Medicine Unit, you will be caring for adult patients with complex multi-system failure issues, such as congestive heart failure and sepsis. You will also be taking care of patients with Nutritional Deficiencies, which is unique to our G80 unit. Many of our patients also require ongoing cardiac monitoring, so you will be trained in Cardiac Dysrhythmia and EKG interpretation.
This role has robust orientation training, which includes:
•Clinic and operating room observations.
•One-on-one work with your preceptor.
•Weekly progress meetings.
Choose the schedule that works best for you: Day/Night rotating (every 6 weeks) or straight Nights. Our nurses work three 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend and every other holiday. Our G80 General Internal Medicine Unit is great for a registered nurse who wants to gain a wealth of knowledge, have a flexible schedule, and build a strong foundation of skill sets for their nursing career.
