Miller Johnson, a full-service law firm, has an immediate opening for a Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Attorney to sit in our Chicago office.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience working on general corporate work, mergers and acquisitions transactions, including due diligence, contract review, drafting transaction documents such as disclosure schedules, purchase agreements, closing documents and other related documents.
