    Job Overview

     

    We are seeking a Retail Sales Consultant who speaks Spanish and English. As a bilingual candidate, you may be eligible for additional starting pay.

    Your goal as a Retail Sales Consultant is to create meaningful connections with every customer, using your personalized sales expertise to meet their needs. You will be at the center of it all, working with AT&T's full suite of products to bring friends, families, and communities closer together.

    The role involves guiding customers through their options, using a consultative sales approach, and being flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment.

    You will work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.

    Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we also provide training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.

    Compensation: Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.53 - $17.80 per hour, plus up to $13,700 + in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year.
