    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

    Join our team as a School Occupational Therapist in Fredericksburg, VA, and make a meaningful impact on students' lives throughout the school year.

    Details/Specifications:

    • Dates: August 2024 to May 2025
    • Hours: 37 hours per week
    • Caseload: K 12

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assessing and treating students with diverse physical, cognitive, and sensory needs to enhance their participation in school activities
    • Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to craft personalized treatment plans and goals
    • Conducting evaluations, delivering therapy sessions, and meticulously documenting progress and outes
    • Offering invaluable education and training to teachers and staff to create a supportive environment for students with disabilities

    Qualifications:

    • Master's level degree in Occupational Therapy
    • Active Occupational Therapist License
    • State licensure/certification
    • Prior experience in schools
