    Description

    Lightcast is looking for a Technical Product Manager to work within our Talent Team.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Manage RFP and RFI Response Strategy
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely and accurate responses.
    • Maintain a repository of RFP/RFI responses and continuously refine content based on feedback and learnings.
    • Assist Product Team with Research: Collaborate with the Talent Product team to conduct product and customer research.
    • Engage with current customers to understand their needs and gather feedback on existing solutions.
    • Identify opportunities for product enhancements and new solution development to better serve customer needs.
    • Support Solution Engineering and Pre-Sales Efforts: Serve as an extension of the pre-sales team, joining prospect conversations to assist with solution delivery.
    • Illustrate how Lightcast's technical solutions, APIs, and programmatic data delivery can address customer needs.
    • Work closely with solution engineering and professional services teams to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.

    Experience Needed:

    • Experience managing RFP and RFI processes is highly desirable.
    • Technical skills such as data science and analysis, Python, and/or SQL, along with experience working with APIs, are a plus.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
    • Prior experience working as a solutions consultant or solutions architect is also a plus.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • 3-5 years of experience preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or data science preferred.
