- Documentation and Verification: Document all work activities meticulously, verifying the accuracy of documented work performed with guidance from experienced team members.
- Estimation and Invoicing: Learn to write and finalize accurate and timely estimates and invoices for proposed work and work completed. Develop skills to effectively communicate and substantiate estimates to insurance companies, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations, with guidance from experienced staff. Reliably use industry-accepted software such as Xactimate, Dash, and QuickBooks with input of experienced staff, as needed.
- Effectively Close Sales: Demonstrate exceptional sales skills, including the ability to effectively communicate the value of our services, address client concerns, and close sales successfully. Meet or exceed the annual sales targets set by the company.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with coworkers, especially Senior Estimators, to ensure smooth communication and excellent service delivery. Actively participate in team activities and meetings.
- Exemplify Company Values: Demonstrate and promote the core values of the company, including showing up and getting stuff done, taking pride in your work, and putting the team before self.
- Strong passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in the home restoration industry.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service concepts.
- High school diploma or GED, with minimum of 2 years' experience in restoration or sales.
- Assertive and professional communication skills in both verbal and written applications.
- Proficient use of technology applications such as Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn specialized software like Xactimate and QuickBooks.
- Ability to problem solve, resolve conflicts, and manage priorities, with guidance and mentorship provided.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to learn and implement new processes in our industry.
- Ability to pass industry standards training and maintain client confidentiality.
