- Prepares and estimates budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications. Complete materials takeoff.
- Use Agtek, AutoCAD and HCSS to create accurate plans & reports.
- Finalize and submit bid proposals.
- Process paperwork and travel to building sites as required, attend and contribute to Pre and Post Bid meetings.
- Experience using HCSS, AgTek, and AutoCAD software professionally.
- 4 or more years of experience with takeoff and estimating
- Strong mathematics skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at once
- Close attention to detail and knowledge of building plans
