    Job Title - Kronos Developer

    Contract - 12+ Months Contract with Possible Extension

    Location - Lower Manhattan, NY

    Experience - 9+ Years

    HYBRID ROLE(3 days per week onsite)

    Position Description and Qualifications

    The Developer/Configurator position's primary role will be to provide daily production support, work on enhancements, and projects related to the Kronos system. This opportunity is for an experienced developer with exposure to Kronos configurations and reporting. The developer will collaborate with other system analysts to provide exceptional customer service for time and attendance projects and enhancements.

    Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following

    • Provide day-to-day operational support for the Kronos system, collaborating with other team members.
    • Address and resolve customer requests or incidents related to Kronos within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including end-users, to understand requirements and configure Kronos or develop solutions to meet those requirements.
    • Perform information technology functions relating to development and maintenance including coding, testing and documentation.
    • Design and configure integrations between Kronos and other business systems.
    • Debug, troubleshoot and fix issues for existing Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) Interfaces, as well as develop new ones based on business requirements.
    • Develop test scripts, perform unit and integration testing, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    • Create new custom Kronos reports and alter existing ones as needed.
    • Work with Kronos support to resolve complex system issues with minimal oversight.
    • Optimize processes to reduce overall production support requests/incidents.
    • Follow IT-established change management process to promote changes to the production environment.
    • Solid understanding of computers, networks, Software and experienced using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
    • Ability and willingness to work in a high-pressure environment and willingness to work overtime as needed.
    • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies and software as part of Continuous Improvement and Optimization.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills coupled with Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related IT field, such as IT management or information systems, computer science, software or computer engineering, systems engineering, industrial/organizational engineering, etc. or equivalent work experience
    • A Minimum of 7 Years of experience implementing and configuring Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Advanced Scheduler and Workforce Central version 8.1
    • Experience in configuring Kronos Accruals, Overtime, Pay/work rule, Security Profiles, Time Clocks, and Advanced Scheduling
    • Experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) required
    • Experience Working with Genies and Process Manager
    • Experience with Oracle databases, Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), and Kronos Reporting
    • Very high proficiency Oracle SQL, PL SQL
    • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and independently
