- Work with Team/residents to develop and refine post-move community resource directories, peer-to-peer mutual aid and leadership skills building and programming for participants.
- Assist in outreach and (re)engagement efforts to encourage optimal participation in post-move supportive services and completion of surveys by Making Moves families.
- Provide tech and organizing support to management to consolidate and update program materials and forms in a single point of access (MS Teams).
- Collaborate with support staff to update the landlord forum video to increase awareness of and participation in Mobility program.
- Background/skills in digital content creation and/or Microsoft Teams and/or Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral, and organizational skills.
- Rising junior or senior in an undergrad program with an interest in pursuing a career in Human Services or Community Development.
- Specific interest/knowledge of affordable housing is a plus.
- Commitment to the mission, vision, and goals of CDLI.

Position Summary
The Mobility, Making Moves internship will focus on the development of a clear understanding of the mission of the Mobility program, the goals, the desired impact on participants, and all other aspects of the service provided. This internship opportunity will provide direct exposure to team meetings, presentations, workshops, and interdepartmental case conferences. This internship requires a commitment of 15 – 20 hours per week.
