- Quality Assurance Oversight: Monitor and enforce quality assurance processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, from incoming raw materials to finished products.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant industry regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, RoHS, REACH) and ensure our manufacturing practices align with these requirements.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate documentation related to quality control procedures, inspections, audits, and certifications.
- Audits and Inspections: Plan and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate external audits with regulatory agencies or certification bodies as necessary.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances, and lead root cause analysis activities to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize quality processes, streamline workflows, and enhance product quality and reliability.

The successful Quality Compliance Specialist will have the following:
- Bachelor's degree preferred:
- Experience in Auditing and Training under the following standards(ISO 13485 &/or IATF 16949)
- Strong Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality System Management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
