    Description
    of the Job - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    Performs his/her job in compliance with all the Procedures, Protocols, Instructions, Standards and Plans set out by the IMS in the framework of the company's integrated policies, acts in compliance with the " Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics " and " TPI Management Principles and Ethical Decision-Making System ".

    Follows, implements and ensures compliance with all the instructions, procedures and announcements published on health, safety, environment and security. Ensures that the objectives and targets within the scope of the IMS policy are achieved. Ensures that the department works are conducted in compliance with the

    ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Management Systems . Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and retention. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Preparation of Organization charts for all the departments in the business. Preparation of HR Metrics, Dashboards, and other MIS Business reports. Ensure to update the ISO HR manual and other documents to handle audits. Complete the joining formalities and ensure proper induction for the new recruits. Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers. Supporting for the recruitment in sourcing and screening process to get the right candidates. Ensure the probation/confirmation/transfer process of employees as required.

    Ensure the exit formalities of the resigned employees and ensure the timeline completion of the full and final settlement process.

    Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters. Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills .

    Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills .

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail . Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

    Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.

    Excellent time management skills

    with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Proficient with

    Microsoft Office Suite or related software .

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
    Education

    MBA – HR / MSW – HR / MA - HR . Work Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Process. Foreign Language/Grade English (Good)
