    JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE:
    Maintenance Technician III Duties and Responsibilities: Capabilities in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, control logic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines with a strong working knowledge of Makino systemsPerform diversified duties to install, repair and maintain production and plant facility equipmentProvide scheduled and unscheduled repairs of production equipment as neededAbility to perform simple machinist duties and responsibilitiesComplete regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilitiesPerform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functionsUse a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing dutiesDetect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervisionComply with all safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas Work Conditions and Americans with

    Disabilities Requirements:

    Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibrationElevated noise levelRequires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all dayMust frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 50 pounds with assistanceConstant exposure to general shop conditions, including machine noise and metal dustExposure to environmental elements when working outside in winter as well as summerExposure to hazardous waste when handling bulbs, paints, and other RCRA wastes Required Education and Experience:High school diploma/GED or secondary education5+ years of Maintenance experience with an emphasis in Makino systems and Fanuc ControlsStrong mechanical and industrial skills that can be applied to a variety of situations including, but not limited to, electrical, carpentry, machining, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC and plumbing1st shift - 7:00 - 3:30Contract to permOn call at times - 2 hours call in pay Must be U.S.
