- Participate in education and professional development of teaching staff.
- Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plans for orientation of new staff.
- Conduct classroom observations to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
- Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves.
- Engage with teachers by utilizing a continuous feedback model for support and growth
- An Associates or Bachelors degree, in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge and use of desktop computer, calendar management and technology driven platforms
- Excel, Outlook, Google Suite, Zoom, Calendly, Procare
- Ability to work within school hours of 7:00am-6:00pm
- Extensive knowledge of state licensing regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and advice
- Able to work with others harmoniously
- Solution and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
