    Description

    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and processing of membrane products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

    Location: Billerica , MA

    Pay Range: $20

    Shift: 3rd Shift 10:00pm to 6:30am  or Weekend shift  

    What's the Job?

    • Operate assembly equipment and second operation machines, including green forming, sintering, laser cutting, and wet saw cutting.
    • Inspect, measure, and document metal membrane products using metrology equipment and computer data entry.
    • Ensure products meet established specifications and quality standards, escalating issues as needed.
    • Package finished products according to packaging specifications and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
    • Participate in continuous improvement activities such as 6S and Kaizen events to enhance efficiency and quality.

    What's Needed?

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
    • Good attention to detail and basic math skills.
    • Ability to use measuring devices, hand tools, and computer programs such as Excel and SAP.
    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
