    SBO Senior Analyst
    Job

    Duties:

    Balance, analyze, and solve daily cash collection variances in SBO using data from ILS, SQL, and Excel. Assist with control reporting to ensure data within SBO is accurate and complete and in alignment with Servicing Director.

    Communicate with business users and vendors to make necessary coding updates to make sure SBO reports are correct and as required.

    Intercept daily requests from investors and internal business clients to review, analyze, and potentially update the system based upon the request to move loans, resolve data exceptions, and liquidate assets.

    Perform daily analysis of complex and sophisticated data of loan-level variances validating company system of record for loan servicing, and the SBO 2000 database interest rate, PI, ARM data, and cash applications.

    Manage and compile advance management process, which incorporates review as well as feedback to internal business partners of corporate and escrow advance and repayments as well as postings related to the invoice management process on investors resulting in a file that is uploaded to move cash to/from PI custodial accounts and to/from a corporate account to repay corporate for advances on assets that will mitigate corporate debt administration.

    In connection with above duties, utilize experience in SQL coding, Advanced Excel, SBO logic, Business Requirement Documentation, SSRS reporting, analytics, database management, data visualization, PowerPoint, accounting, project management, and the servicing system of record.
