- Schedule Full-time positions Shifts include weekends and holidays Perks Medical Vison and Dental Benefits for full-time positions 401k employee discount Paid Time off PTO sick bereavement and holidays Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities Perform the duties of an assistant casino manager in their absence Create a pleasant and professional work environment for both guests and employees Monitors gaming regulations performance standards and policies related to pit games to ensure gaming integrity Adhere to and support company policies Ensures a fair dealer rotation updates the daily schedule Provides impartial decisions when problems occur Continually monitor games in progress for player/dealer misconduct Responsible for checking bank roll for previous shifts to ensure accuracy Report daily win/losses to casino managers Inform the casino manager when a guest is dissatisfied Coordinates the schedule of breaks for all pit employees Understands effectively uses the game tracking system Maintains visible presence on the casino floor Supports casino manager delivering corrective action to employees violating department processes Supervises subordinates performance daily Responds resolves inquiries complaints from employees guests Ensures achievement projectsdepartment milestones/goals Has thorough understanding processes within department Keeps informed about special events promotions Communicates regularly key customers casinogames sector Manages business levels adds reduces staff needed maximize profits Is responsible maintaining completing all daily paperwork Controls keys cards accurately completely Updates inventory secures equipment Informs managers losses employee behavior issues serious guest complaints Assigns performs other related duties required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent recommended Minimum five years experience casinogames At least one three years supervisory experience casinogames Required Knowledge Skills Abilities Extensive knowledge approved RA casinogames along dealing supervising experience Adept communicating reasoning difficult situations Demonstrates strong organizational skills attention detail Demonstrates leadership qualities authoritative fair Possess friendly calm demeanor Exhibits excellent communication customer service skills Ability work team environment Must provide clear instructions Demonstrates strong time management efficiency Possess ability deal guests employees professionally courteous Maintain calm professional demeanor times Physical intellectual environmental conditions Must stand walk long periods time location crowded noisy Conditions read Rewards Cards table information distinguish between different colored chips Coach individuals little no experience industry Must lift pounds move machines boxes supplies Additional Notes This position requires candidate present site Position requires candidate present site Running Aces Equal Opportunity Employer committed providing salary ranges open positions Please note specific compensation role will determined based your expereince qualifications location internal equity considerations>
